We at Braingelist specialize in the early stages of start-ups which is why we have a different approach to due diligence than larger companies with a longer history.
We will separate the wheat from the chaff as early as possible, and only go into more detail on those really promising opportunities. For this reason we work with state gates during our due diligence process. It allows you to say no as early as possible and say yes only after you have all the information you need.
